Starting off with a musical sunset session at the pool from 3-9pm and continue with freestyle and house vibes at the Slate Bar till 2pm. Come early to chill and get prepared for the night in & at the pool. Don´t forget to bring your swim suits and dancing shoes this time. Beside good music we will provide barbecue and drinks for u.

Valique hails from the unlikely funk capital of Moscow. He is a Russian dj, musician, composer/songwriter, producer, remixer, sound-engineer and whatever you think of the musical professions is most possibly here. Since early 90's he is sharpening his musical instruments in multiple styles, be it jazz or funk, soul or disco, broken beat, neo-swing or house.

In 2006 Valique got signed to the legendary funk label Freestyle Records (UK) - the people behind Jazz Cafe in London released his first vinyl 12" "Taking Your Seat" which is corker of a Fred Wesley & The JB’s meets Cal Tjader tune received massive support from DJ’s like Gilles Peterson worldwide, and while his remix of “Thirty Three” by “The New Mastersounds” joined the "Best of Year" list on Craig Charles’ acclaimed BBC 6 Music Funk and Soul Show. In 2006 he also released his debut album (R.A.W - Russians At Work) on Freestyle and since after Valique's sound becomes a demand - numerous remixes (for example: Basment Freaks, Pulp Fusion, Bajka or Dublex Inc. ) prove it.

This year he released his second full length album "Ever and so far" on the German freestyle label INFRACom!.
